This was a comprehensive renovation of a much-abused terrace in SE London. With a GDV of £3.8m, this project involved renewing every part of the building except the walls. The whole structure was underpinned, the floors replaced, the plasterwork decoration on the front elevation was restored, a new top floor added, a rear extension with upper floor gallery introduced, and the internal layout transformed.
The result is four stunning, highly desirable period townhouses with a modern interior and up-to-date systems. With a new rear garden, a green sedum roof and LED lighting giving an eco-friendly flavour to the properties, these houses have proved popular and have sold quickly.
